How? Wait give me a second...


12 weeks sounds like a lot of time, but trust me what I am about to share with you is jam packed with powerful and triggering stuff. Make sure you save enough time each week and every day so that you can really do the work. Find a self-care ritual of some sort too to do at least 1x a week.



Material needed for this course:

  • Journal (I highly recommend you buy a beautiful journal to keep your new tools, ideas, observations and doubts safe and to be able to track them)
  • Your beautiful self, including your body & mind & heart



Befor you start with the course, sit down and think about the following questions. 

Put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard if you will) and just start writing what comes up.

  1. WHAT do I want to improve in my life? (what category of your life needs change?)
  2. WHY do I seek change? (is the reason based on fear or love)
  3. WHERE do I want to go/ be? (it is not physical places we are talking here)
  4. WHO do I want to be? (Who am I and why do I feel the need to change/improve?)
  5. HOW would I like to contribute to the human race/ community & the planet I call my home? (How will others benefit from your change?)

Learn how to sit comfortably for your meditation:

A big part of this program is to sit in stillness and active meditation. So we wanna make sure we find ways and understand how best to sit. Ideally we prepare our bodies through some yoga or other stretching for meditation.


Try to find a daily practice if possible, even if it is just 10-15min, when combined with the visualisations you will have a better experience. 


I made a video where I talk about and show some ways to sit up nice and tall without straining and exhausting the body. The goal is to find stability in the back with ease.

Yoga to prepare the body and tune in: (optional)

Something like 10-15min of yoga / mindful movement and 15min of meditation plus some10-15min time to journal would be perfect at least once a day - better 2x a day.
